The package arrived with postage owed. They used a flat rate envelope, which isn’t allowed by USPS rules. Other than that, the shipping was prompt and the product itself was decent. I reached out via email about this, but still waiting for a reply.

I gotta say, there were moments I thought I might be missing some info and almost reached out to US Karaoke, but after reviewing the full instructions, I found what I needed. By the way, if you're curious about whether the song chips from the LS3700 are compatible with the ET23Pro, they totally are. Instead of loading them into the mic like the LS3700, you put them directly into the main unit. Plus, the ability to select more songs via an app is fantastic and really broadens your options. I'd definitely consider ordering from US Karaoke again down the line!

The setup functions as it should. But the second cordless mic just won't cooperate - it cuts off the first mic when you turn it on, and then neither of 'em work.

I got my hands on the Magic Sing ET23Pro, and it performs flawlessly! Sure, it cost a pretty penny, but if you're after a solid karaoke machine, it's definitely worth the splurge.

I’m super pleased with my E2 Magic Sing! Totally satisfied. Had some worries when I placed the order, but once it arrived and I gave it a go, wow, it’s incredible! Using the remote to find a song or artist is way simpler than flipping through the song book. I highly suggest this item.
